Juan365PH Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Members

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a member account at juan365ph, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing juan365ph.
• You are registering under your own legal name, with your own valid identification, and with a Philippine mobile number and email address that belong to you personally.
• You are not an existing juan365ph member or a person whose account has previously been suspended or closed by the platform.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of the juan365ph operator.
• Online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under any applicable law in your specific location at the time of play.

Juan365ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, or additional information to confirm your identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2. Account Responsibility and Security

Each individual may hold only one active account at juan365ph. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Juan365ph will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your juan365ph account, you must notify the platform immediately by email at support@juan365ph.best and change your password without delay. Any wagers or transactions completed using your login credentials before you notify juan365ph of suspected unauthorised access remain the financial responsibility of the registered account holder.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service, including your GCash or Maya wallet.
• Do not access your juan365ph account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Log out of your juan365ph account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Review your account transaction history regularly and report any unfamiliar activity promptly.

Juan365ph accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance within it to another person. Doing so will result in immediate suspension of both accounts involved.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Juan365ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP) through the following payment methods where currently available: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and processing timelines are displayed in the cashier section of your juan365ph account.

• All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name matching your juan365ph account. Payments from third-party accounts will not be processed and will be returned where possible.
• Juan365ph does not accept cash, money orders, postal remittances, or anonymous payment instruments.
• Deposits should only be made through the current instructions displayed in the live cashier. Using outdated reference numbers, QR codes, or recipient accounts may result in unrecoverable fund loss.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Juan365ph offers promotions to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering or turnover requirement, eligible games or markets, maximum stake per round or bet, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read before accepting any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a member's bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before its wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus amount being removed from the account.
• Juan365ph reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer from any member who is found to be abusing the promotion system, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• A member may only claim a specific welcome or first-deposit offer once. Attempting to claim it again through a new account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in both accounts being suspended.
• Winnings generated from free spins or free bets carry the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms at juan365ph.

Juan365ph may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions have no cash value outside of the stated terms and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash directly.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets placed at juan365ph are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the selection, stake amount, and odds displayed before confirming any wager. Juan365ph is not liable for errors made by members in their own bet selections.

• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that competition type. Generally, bets on events not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly published at a manifestly incorrect value due to a technical or human error — do not need to be honoured by juan365ph. Such bets may be voided at the platform's discretion, with stakes returned to the member.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. Juan365ph does not influence individual game outcomes.
• Live betting markets at juan365ph may be suspended during dead-ball situations, injury reviews, or other stoppages. Bets are accepted only when the market is active and the confirmation is received before a suspension occurs.
• Tongits results at juan365ph are final once the hand is completed and the result displayed in the game interface.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at juan365ph and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening more than one account at juan365ph under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or play games at juan365ph.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including in Tongits or live dealer games.
• Using insider information about sporting events not publicly available at the time a bet is placed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using juan365ph to launder money in any form.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal with a wallet or card provider after using the deposited funds for gaming at juan365ph.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward juan365ph staff or other members through any channel.

7. Privacy and Data

Juan365ph does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

8. Suspension and Termination

Juan365ph may suspend or permanently terminate a member account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to prior notification where required.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, juan365ph may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account balance will be returned in full.

A member who wishes to close their own juan365ph account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@juan365ph.best. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Juan365ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform works to maintain continuous service, juan365ph does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control.

• Juan365ph is not liable for any financial loss arising from a member's personal betting or gaming decisions.
• Juan365ph is not responsible for technical failures on the member's own device or internet connection that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• Juan365ph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a member sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Juan365ph's total liability to any individual member in relation to any claim is limited to the amount of funds deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits juan365ph's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by the platform itself.

10. Responsible Gaming

Provide your registered email address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers or screenshots when submitting a query.

Juan365ph aims to acknowledge support queries within one business day and to resolve most standard account or payment queries within five business days. Complex disputes, such as those involving verification or suspected rule breaches, may take longer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of juan365ph that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine jurisdiction for resolution.
